Trauma Team Competition: Registration Guide
To ensure a smooth entry, we recommend a “Captain-First” registration process. Follow these steps to get your team on the roster:
Step 1: The Team Captain Registers the Team
The Team Captain (who must be a current ITLS-certified provider or instructor) should purchase the Team Competition entry. This secures your spot in the bracket.
Step 2: Individual Conference Registration
Every member of your team (including the Captain and any alternates) must also be registered for the full 2026 Annual Meeting to participate.

Once the team spot is secured, the Captain should ensure all teammates have completed their Individual Annual Meeting Registration.
Step 3: Complete the Team Roster
After checkout, the Team Captain will receive a confirmation email. ITLS staff will follow up to collect the specific names and certification details of your teammates.

Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Full day commitment required)

Required Gear: We provide the jump bags and heavy equipment; you bring your stethoscopes, trauma shears, and PPE (gloves/eye pro).

The Prize: Winners walk away with complimentary registration for the 2027 International Conference.
Note for Solo Players: If you want to compete but don’t have a team, don’t buy a team product! Instead, contact ITLS staff and we will help draft you onto a team.
