Trauma Competition: 4-Person Team Registration Guide
Team Captains: Please read before purchasing.
To secure your 4-person team’s spot in the 2026 Trauma Competition, please follow our “Captain-First” registration process:
Step 1: Secure Your Spot
The Team Captain (who must be a current ITLS-certified provider or instructor) should purchase the team entry here in the ITLS Bookstore. Simply add this product (4-person team) to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once payment is processed, your team’s spot in the competition is officially reserved.
Step 2: Complete the Team Roster
After your purchase is confirmed, the Team Captain will receive an email from ITLS staff containing a link to the 2026 Trauma Competition Team Roster form. Use this form to submit:
- Final team member names, credentials, and contact details
- Alternate member information (if applicable)
- Response Bag RSVP
Step 3: Registration Finalization
Once you submit your roster form, ITLS staff will review the details and finalize the official registration for both the Trauma Competition and the ITLS Annual Meeting (formerly known as the ITLS Conference) for your entire team.
Competition Quick Facts
Team Requirements: Minimum of 3 members. One alternate is recommended. The Captain must be a current ITLS-certified provider or instructor.
Conference Access: All team members receive full registration for the ITLS Annual Meeting as part of this process.
Date: Monday, October 5, 2026
Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-day commitment required)
Location: Marriott Marquis Chicago
Required Gear: ITLS provides jump bags and heavy equipment. Teams must bring personal items: stethoscopes, trauma shears, and PPE (gloves/eye protection).
Standards: Performance is evaluated based on current ITLS standards of care.
The Prize: The winning team receives complimentary registration for the 2027 International Conference.
Note for Solo Players: If you want to compete but don’t have a team, please do not purchase this product. Instead, contact ITLS staff and we will help draft you onto a team.
