Prepayment on all orders is required. Payment may be made via credit card, check made payable to ITLS, or wire transfer. If paying by check or wire transfer, orders will process when payment is received.
The ITLS Bookstore accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Note: Purchase Orders are not accepted.
To pay by wire transfer, please contact ITLS Fulfillment Coordinator at bookstore@itrauma.org to request information. A minimum order of $500 U.S. is required to accept payment via wire transfer.
ITLS Bookstore orders are shipped standard ground to be received within 7-10 business days from order date.
Rush orders may be placed to be shipped Overnight or 2nd Day Air at an additional charge and are also subject to a $25 rush processing fee.

International Shipping
Shipping to locations outside of the United States must be calculated offline with an ITLS Bookstore representative. After you place your order online, you will be contacted by a Bookstore staff member with a shipping quotation that will require approval before the order can proceed. You will not be charged at the time your order is placed.
Every order shipped outside the United States is sent Delivered Duty Paid. At checkout you will see two lines in addition to shipping: Import duties and taxes (prepaid), our estimate of your country’s import duties and taxes, and UPS customs clearance fee. ITLS pays these to UPS on your behalf, so there is nothing to pay when your package arrives. The amounts are estimates, and you will not be asked to pay more if the final charge is higher.
All purchases from the ITLS Bookstore on itrauma.org are final. International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds, except in the limited situations described below.
This policy applies to every product sold through the ITLS Bookstore, including printed books, eBooks and other digital products, and to orders placed by individuals, Chapters and Training Centres. Please review your order carefully, including titles, quantities and your shipping address, before you complete checkout.
