Description
This product is utilized for Chapter and Training Centre Coordinators who need to register personnel from within their chapter or training centre and for group billing. Individual self-registration needs to be completed through the meeting registration link.
Upon placement of order, please send a list of the following to bookstore@itrauma.org for each participant to be registered:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Mailing Address
- Level of Registration (EMT/Paramedic, Military, Nurse, Physician, etc.)
