Bookstore orders are shipped UPS ground to be received within 7-10 business days. If you need your item(s) sooner than 7-10 business days, you will need to place a Rush Order at an additional charge. NOTE: Prepayment on all orders is required effective December 1, 2010. Purchase Orders are no longer accepted. Payment made be made via credit card or check made payable to ITLS.

Return Policy

Returns of unopened, unused merchandise are accepted for up to 60 days from the purchase date and are subject to a $5 per item restocking fee.  All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by ITLS to be accepted. Please contact Sandy Flynn at 888-495-ITLS or 630-495-6442 (international callers) to obtain a RA number before shipping your return back.
