Bookstore orders are shipped UPS ground to be received within 7-10 business days from order date. Rush orders may be placed to be shipped UPS Overnight or UPS 2nd Day Air at an additional charge and are also subject to a $25 rush processing fee.

NOTE: Prepayment on all orders is required. Purchase Orders are no longer accepted. Payment made be made via credit card or check made payable to ITLS. If paying by check, orders will process when payment is received.

Return Policy
Returns of unopened, unused merchandise are accepted for up to 60 days from the purchase date and are subject to a $5 per item restocking fee. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by ITLS to be accepted. Please contact Perrin Rademacher at 888-495-ITLS or
630-495-6442 (international callers) to obtain a RA number before shipping your return back. |
