ITLS is managed by the Illinois College of Emergency Physicians. Its offices are located in Downers Grove, Illinois, USA, a suburb approximately 15 miles west of Chicago.

Need help with an issue about your ITLS card or certification?

Contact the Chapter in which you took your iTLS course. Each ITLS Chapter is responsible for the printing and issuance of cards, so the Chapter Coordinator is your best resource if you haven't yet received your card or need a replacement or corrected card.

From the South:

Take I-55 North (Stevenson Expy) to I-355 North (Veterans Memorial Tollway). Take I-355 North approximately 10 miles to the Butterfield Road/IL 56 W exit.  Turn left onto Butterfield Road and go West approximately 3/10 of a mile to Woodcreek Drive/Lloyd Avenue.  Turn left onto Woodcreek Drive/Lloyd Avenue. Next, turn right at the stoplight and follow Woodcreek Drive to the first driveway on the right. Turn into driveway; 3000 Woodcreek Drive is the first building on the left.  Park and enter from the rear of the building.

From the North:

Take I-294 South (Tri-State Tollway) to I-88 West (Ronald Reagan Memorial Tollway). Take I-88 West to I-355 North, and exit at the Butterfield Road/IL 56 W exit. Turn left onto Butterfield Road and go West approximately 3/10 of a mile to Woodcreek Drive/Lloyd Avenue.  Turn left onto Woodcreek Drive. Next, turn right at the stoplight and follow Woodcreek Drive to the first driveway on the right. Turn into driveway; 3000 Woodcreek Drive is the first building on the left.  Park and enter from the rear of the building.

Alternate: Take Route 53 South to Butterfield Road (IL-56).  Turn left and go East on Butterfield Road approximately 1 mile to Woodcreek Drive/Lloyd Avenue. Turn right on Woodcreek Drive/Lloyd Avenue. Next, turn right at the stoplight and follow Woodcreek Drive to the first driveway on the right. Turn into driveway; 3000 Woodcreek Drive is the first building on the left.  Park and enter from the rear of the building.

From the East:

Take I-290 West (Eisenhower Expy) to I-88 West. Take I-88 West to I-355 North, and exit at the Butterfield Road/IL-56 W exit. Turn left onto Butterfield Road and go West approximately 3/10 of a mile to Woodcreek Drive/Lloyd Avenue.  Turn left onto Woodcreek Drive/Lloyd Avenue. Next, turn right at the stoplight and follow Woodcreek Drive to the first driveway on the right. Turn into driveway; 3000 Woodcreek Drive is the first building on the left.  Park and enter from the rear of the building.

Alternate: Take Roosevelt Road (IL-38) West to Finley Road. Turn left and head South on Finley Road approximately 2 miles to Butterfield Road (IL-56).  Turn right on Butterfield Road and go West approximately 3/10 of a mile to Woodcreek Drive/Lloyd Avene. Turn left onto Woodcreek Drive/Lloyd Avenue. Next, turn right at the stoplight and follow Woodcreek Drive to the first driveway on the right. Turn into driveway; 3000 Woodcreek Drive is the first building on the left.  Park and enter from the rear of the building.

From the West:

Take I-88 East to I-355 North. Take I-355 North to the Butterfield Road/IL 56 W exit. Turn left onto Butterfield Road and go West approximately 3/10 of a mile to Woodcreek Drive/Lloyd Avenue.  Turn left onto Woodcreek Drive. Next, turn right at the stoplight and follow Woodcreek Drive to the first driveway on the right. Turn into driveway; 3000 Woodcreek Drive is the first building on the left.  Park and enter from the rear of the building.
