Bookstore orders are shipped UPS ground to be received within 7-10 business days. If you need your item(s) sooner than 7-10 business days, you will need to place a Rush Order at an additional charge. Please contact ITLS at 888-495-ITLS or
630-495-6442 (international callers) and speak with Sandy Flynn on Ext. 213 to place a Rush Order or with questions or special requests.
Return Policy
Conference registrations will be confirmed via a mailed or emailed
confirmation letter from ITLS. This official registration confirmation
letter will be printed on ITLS letterhead and should be received within 15
business days of this order. If you do not receive a confirmation letter on ITLS letterhead, you are not confirmed for this meeting. Please contact ITLS staff at 888-495-4857, ext. 200, or info@itrauma.org if confirmation has not been received.

Return Policy
Returns of unopened, unused merchandise are accepted for up to 60 days from the purchase date and are subject to a $5 per item restocking fee. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by ITLS to be accepted. Please contact Sandy Flynn at 888-495-ITLS or
630-495-6442 (international callers) to obtain a RA number before shipping your return back. |
