2nd Edition of Access Text Unveiled at 2006 Trauma Conference

The 2nd edition of ITLS’ Access textbook, a manual teaching rapid vehicle entry procedures and extrication techniques, was unveiled at the 2006 International Trauma Conference in November.
The new edition features completely revised text and all-new color photographs. More than 140 illustrations are included. Updated chapters include new information on Supplemental Restraint Systems, other safety mechanisms in newer-style vehicles, and expanded sections focusing on the unique challenges posed by hybrid and alternative-fueled vehicles.
